If you are not completely satisfied with your order upon arrival, we will refund your money or exchange any purchased item within 30 days of the purchase date.


Currently we are only able to ship to Canada and US.

Orders are normally shipped out once payment has cleared, on the next business day. Once an order is shipped out a tracking number will be provided through PayPal. Orders normally arrive within the stated delivery times, however delivery can be delayed due to conditions beyond our control such as weather interruptions, holidays, customs issues, etc. If an order is lost during delivery, and confirmation is received that the order was indeed lost, customers can request a refund or re-shipment of the order. The process of issuing a refund or re-shipping a lost order may take up to 60 days. Confirmation that the original order was lost must be submitted to us from the delivery courier before we are able to initiate the refund or re-shipment process. When ordering please be sure to choose the proper insurance coverage for your order, you will only be refunded or re-shipped the amount the order was insured for.


-Before proceeding with a return, please email Marmish at for an authorization and instructions for returning items. Returns will not be processed unless an authorization has been issued.

-Items must be returned in original packaging with proof of purchase within 30 days of the purchase date.

-You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer or shipping error on our part.
